HOW TO APPLY

Saint Kilian Catholic School is an amazing place, and we are so excited that you are interested in making our school community your home! The Saint Kilian registration process takes place entirely online to make the process as fair and accesible as possible to all interested families.  As you navigate through the application process, we encourage you to ask questions and take our Virtual Tour

Here is an overview of the needed items for incoming applicants:

If you have a child already enrolled at Saint Kilian Catholic School, you will not create an admissions inquiry (step one), go directly to STEP TWO.
 
STEP ONE:  Create an Admissions Inquiry

STEP TWO:  Complete Application Phase 1 Phase 1 of the Application Process is now closed.  Please contact [email protected] with questions.  Login using credentials received from Step One or your current parent portal login.  After the application is reviewed (within 2-4 weeks), you will receive either an invitation to Phase 2 or a Waitlist Letter.

• A completed Record Request (please fill out the school address and sign) must be uploaded during the application in order to submit the application.  The format must be PDF.
• If you are a current Saint Mark the Evangelist parishoner, you will also need to know your Parish ID number.  You can obtain this ID by checking on your donation envelope, logging into Faith Direct (update personal info section) or emailing the Parish office at [email protected]
   

1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Records
3. Baptismal/Holy Communion Record (if Catholic)
4. Health Documents * Dental Exam and Health Exam   

 
Once all the online application components are completed, students will receive a letter indicating their admissions status.
